Why no drag and drop?

Why no drag and drop like pocket PCs?? Are programmers limited in achieving this kind if functionality?

The first programmer to pull off this simple thing is going to have something really popular on their hands.

By the way, I had no problem editing text files. Dont know what last reviewer is talking about.
